Day 1: Arrival day – Meeting at the airport – transfer to Tbilisi hotel – Dinner at Tbilisi Restaurant. Overnight in Tbilisi hotel (-/-/D)
Day 2: Visit to local country house, master classes – Tbilisi city tour (B/-/D)
After breakfast we have Tbilisi Tour. Today we will visit Narikala Fortress ,the Old Tbilisi Sulfur Baths, the Trinity Cathedral Georgian Orthodox and Armenian Gregorian churches, a Jewish synagogue and a Turkish mosque side by side, reflecting Tbilisi's acceptance and tolerance of different religions. Afterwards we’ll drive to the local country house near Tbilisi. Have welcome dinner with local cuisine. Guests will take part in, “Mtsvadi” , ,,Kachapuri”, ,,Khinkali”, and ,,Felamushi” making and of course preparing and enjoy dinner prepared by their own hands with folk program. They will also see how is made Georgian “Chacha” and will get botlled “Chacha” as a gift. After welcome dinner, transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 3: Wine tour to Kakheti – Tsinandali – Alaverdi – Napareuli village wineyard- Telavi (B/-/D)
Today we will depart for east Georgia the cradle of Georgian wine. Visit house museum of Prince Aleksandre Chavchavadze, with beautiful garden and wine cellar, where we will taste 5 sorts of wine. Drive to visit Alaverdi monastery. Afterwards Drive to Napareuli village, where we will taste wine from “Twins old Cellar”. At this cellar makes bio wine according to the old traditions winemaking. There red and white wine are the best wines in Georgia. We will have wine tasting and some free time to enjoy the rural atmosphere. Dinner /Overnight in Telavi.
Day 4: - Telavi -Gremi – Nekresi – Kvareli – Sighnaghi-Town of Love (B/-/D)
After breakfast visit to Gremi and Nekresi Monasteries and drive to Kvareli. We will visit wine cellar called “Gvirabi”- tunnel, where yearlong natural temperature is 10-12ºC. The length of this construction is 7, 7 Km. Drive to Sighnaghi, wondeful and tiny so called “Town of Love” Afterwards drive to Tbilisi. Dinner at Georgian Restaurant. Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 5: Tbilisi – Gudauri – Kazbegi – Tbilisi (B/-/D)
Drive to Kazbegi. On the way we pass Ananuri Castle and Jinvali water reservoir. From Kazbegi a leisurely 2 hour walk up through beautiful valleys and woodlands leads us to Gergeti Trinity Church located at 2170m. We walk back to the town and before returning to Tbilisi drive to Dariali Gorge. Drive back to Tbilisi. Taste Mokhevian famous dish ,,Khinkali” in Kazbegi . Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 6: Mtskheta tour –Open Air Museum (B/-/D)
Drive to Mtskheta (UNESCO Heritage Site), an ancient capital of the Georgian Kingdom from the 3rd century BC to the 5th century AD. Jvari Monastery; Svetitskhoveli Cathedral built in the 11th century. Free time.
Farewell dinner at Tbilisi or Mtskheta Restaurant.
Overnight in Tbilisi.
7 day: Transfer to Tbilisi airport – departure
